Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame specified in the request may result in Account suspension.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If ck777 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and Bonus Balances will be forfeited. The Platform may, at its discretion, also suspend the primary account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ck777 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensure that the contact details, payment method details, and personal information on your Account remain accurate and up to date at all times.

ck777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account in the following circumstances, without prior notice and without liability:

• Where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Where the Player fails to satisfy KYC requirements within the required timeframe.
• Where the Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• Where continued operation of the Account would violate applicable law or create regulatory risk for the Platform.
• At the Player's own request, including for self-exclusion purposes.

In the event of Account closure for any reason other than Prohibited Conduct, any remaining Wallet Balance (real-money funds only, not Bonus Balance) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

5.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. ck777 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits are credited to the Wallet Balance in real time or within the processing timeframe of the relevant payment provider. ck777 does not charge fees on the platform side for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ck777 targets a processing time of under 30 seconds for bKash and Nagad withdrawals; actual transfer speeds are subject to the availability and performance of the relevant payment network.

5.3 KYC Verification. ck777 reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, utility bill, or other government-issued document. Processing of a withdrawal request will be paused until satisfactory verification is completed.

5.4 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ck777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the responsibility of the Player's payment provider and any associated costs are borne by the Player.

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused in the following circumstances:

• The Player has an open Bonus Balance with an outstanding wagering requirement.
• The Account is under review for suspected Prohibited Conduct.
• KYC documentation has been requested and not yet provided.
• The withdrawal request is flagged by ck777's fraud detection or anti-money-laundering systems.
• Technical issues affecting the relevant payment network are outside ck777's control.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. ck777 operates in compliance with generally accepted anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Deposits must be made from payment methods owned by and registered to the Account holder. ck777 may require proof of the source of funds for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Any suspicion of money laundering or financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities and the Account will be immediately suspended.

6.1 General. ck777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, which form part of these Terms when accepted.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on certain low-margin games (including but not limited to live dealer baccarat and certain sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Expiry. Bonus credits and any winnings generated from bonus credits expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.

6.4 One Bonus Per Player. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Player is eligible to claim a specific promotional offer only once. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts, multiple payment methods, shared devices, or shared IP addresses constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.

6.5 ck777 Rights. ck777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of a manifest error in a promotion (including incorrect bonus amounts, incorrect wagering requirements, or incorrect prize structures), ck777 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate any affected balances accordingly.

7.1 Sports Betting. ck777 offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Bet acceptance is subject to availability of the relevant market at the time the bet is placed. ck777 reserves the right to suspend, void, or limit any betting market at any time.

7.2 Odds. All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager. ck777 makes no guarantee that odds will remain available for any specific period.

7.3 Void Bets. Bets may be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned; the event is affected by circumstances that render the result invalid under the applicable sport's governing body; a manifest pricing error is identified; or the bet was accepted after the relevant event concluded due to a data feed failure.

7.4 Maximum Payouts. ck777 applies maximum payout limits to individual winning bets. These limits are published within the Platform and may vary by sport, market type, and bet type. Bets that result in winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ck777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
